The Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) intervention was implemented in 15 schools in Cameroon’s education-priority regions, targeting female learners aged 10 to 20 who had limited access to menstrual hygiene management services and products. The intervention included distributing dignity kits, constructing/renovating WASH facilities, training staff members, creating MHM clubs, and conducting sensitization campaigns. The pilot evaluation assessed the intervention’s acceptability, feasibility, scalability, and readiness for a full trial using a mixed-method design involving questionnaires, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, attendance data, and observation checklists. The study’s sample included female students, teachers, school administrators, and community members.
